FULLN CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is a highly technological enterprise specializing in environment-friendly complex inorganic color pigments(CICP). Our mixed metal oxide pigments (MMO) have been used globally in the industries of material coatings, such as on glass, metal, cast iron, plastic, fluorocarbon, enamel and ceramics, as well as for painting dyes. The Fulln company facilities are modernly equipped, and based in the Gaoming district of Foshan City.
Our Plant
Since established, we always aim to pursue excellences in scientific application through normative management, communication, and innovation. These fundamental core values are what we provide for our customers, community and environment.
The land area of Fulln factory is about 28,000 square meters. The annual output of Fulln pigment is about 3600 tons/year. The production cycle of our products is about 2 weeks. Different products will have different production processes and cycles.
Our Lab
We have our own research and development laboratory. The laboratory has advanced testing equipment and experimental kiln. Raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products are tested in the experiment. The raw materials we choose are environment-friendly. We strictly control the quality of raw materials from the source, so that our color products can meet the high quality requirements of customers at home and abroad.
There are about 10 people in our technical team. Our technicians used to provide door-to-door technical services for ceramics factories at home and abroad. Technicians adjust the pigments for customers according to their kiln atmosphere. Our technical staff develop pigments according to the customer's different use temperature, use field, research and development to meet the customer's different use requirements of color materials. Our pigment products can be used in paint, glass, plastic, enamel, ceramic and other fields.
We have a team of trained workers. The workers are familiar with the production process, and in the production process, the workers will strictly follow the production specifications. This will ensure that the quality of the products produced will remain stable.

Fulln Chemical produces and supplys complex inorganic color pigments such as copper chromite black C I pigment Black 28, cobalt blue C I Pigment Blue 28, Nickel Titanium Yellow C I Pigment Yellow 53, Zinc Ferrite Brown C I pigment Brown 33 and so on for glass, enamel, coating, plastic and ceramic.

Product production requirements
standard production
Our products strictly follow our internal production requirements and procedures. We purchase and produce pigments in accordance with the requirements of RoSH. Our pigments are environment friendly inorganic pigments. Fulln pigments can be used in enamel, glass surface, coating, plastic, masterbatch and ceramics.

Production Process
Our products are made from raw material procurement, production ingredients, blending/dry mixing/wet mixing, fine mixing of powder, quality control, kiln firing, calcination, crushing, micro powder, screening, blending, color mixing, production, packaging and other processes, then delivery to customers. For products with high fineness requirements, we will have higher production requirements.

For the production of color materials in Fulln factory, we will follow the company's internal production standards. We have obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 quality certifications. Our raw material procurement and production are also implemented in accordance with European RoSH standards. Samples and costs
Our company can usually help customers to match samples in 1-2 weeks. Because of the larger number of samples, the time to match the samples will be slightly extended. We can provide samples free of charge for the customers, but we need the customers to provide their standard colors, basic glaze or basic body powder to match the pigment samples.
Delivery and Shipment
Lead Time: Normally around 7-15 days after order confirmation.If the order quantity is large, the delivery time will be longer. We accept payment terms such as T/T or LC.
