Ceramic Ink Pigments Green

FULLN CHEMICAL ceramic ink pigment Green FU-I400 (Cobalt Chromite Green) is a kind of green inorganic ceramic pigment obtained by mixing, calcining and micropowder treatment of raw materials such as zinc oxide, cobalt oxide and chrome green. During the high temperature calcination, zinc oxide (Zn2+), cobalt oxide (Co2+) and chrome green (Cr3+) react with each other and evenly diffuse to form a substance with spinel structure. Cobalt Chromite Green can be fired in oxidized and reductive atmosphere. It's suitable for various of glazes.

With years of customer feedback and continuous innovation, the current has been formed to cover a variety of colors, mature ceramic ink color system. Our ceramic ink pigment products use super fine raw materials and unique formulation process, to ensure that the color after the preparation of ceramic ink still has good coloring ability. Our ceramic ink pigment Green products have small particle size distribution and very low water content. The particle size distribution D100 is ≤9um, moisture is ≤0.15%.  In order to improve the stability of ceramic inks, Fulln products put forward higher requirements on soluble salts. Washing treatment is carried out to ensure that the product  maintains extremely low conductivity.

A: Our production kilns are fully automatic. As long as the firing curve is set before production, the heating curve of the kiln is controlled by the computer. This can reduce the quality of human causes caused by abnormal.
