The yellow tone of Praseodymium Yellow and the green tone of Vanadium Zirconium blue were mixed according to different proportions to be the green tone. Product Overview
Zr-Pr-Si-V is a high-temperature ceramic glaze stain based on zircon (ZrSiO₄) crystal structure. Through co-doping of praseodymium (Pr) and vanadium (V), it presents a fresh and bright aqua green tone under oxidation atmosphere. With pure color development and excellent high-temperature stability, it is an ideal choice for glaze coloring in architectural ceramics, tableware, and sanitary ware.

The fineness of our ceramic body pigment Apple Green product is less than 0.3% and the moisture is less than 0.5%. It can be used in various of ceramic bodies.
Color Development Mechanism
Pr⁴⁺ ions alone produce bright yellow, while V ions alone produce blue. When Pr and V are simultaneously incorporated into the zircon lattice, the two chromophoric ions create a synergistic effect, resulting in a distinctive aqua green hue. The stain features a single-phase solid solution structure with stable color that resists fading.
