Fulln Chemical Ceramic White granule (Speckle) FU-9001 is a kind of granular silicate material prepared under a special process of raw materials such as ball clay, kaolin, feldspar, talc, calcium carbonate, wollash and frit powder. The process is Ball milling → drying → granulating → calcining → grading, etc. This ceramic raw material's appearance is white and has good fluidity. The ceramic granule is used for decoration of ceramic exterior wall tiles. The firing temperature is 1180℃~1230℃.
4. Usage:
4.1 To spread our Ceramic White granule product on the surface of ceramic tiles then fired in the ceramic in the tile kiln, the dry particles will melt and stick to the surface of ceramic tiles.
4.2 Fulln Chemical White granule product can be mixed with the body powder in some proportion, and ceramic tiles perform the whole body decorative effect after being pressed into shape and then fired.
