Fulln Chemical Black Speckle product is a kind of ceramic Speckle produced by the raw materials of ball clay, kaolin, feldspar, talc, calcium carbonate, wollastonite, clinker powder and black color under the process such as ball milling → drying → granulating → calcining → grading. It's a Speckle silicate substance. It's appearance is black. It has good liquidity. It is used in exterior ceramic wall tile decoration. The firing temperature of Black Speckle is 1180 ℃ ~ 1230 ℃.
4. Method of Use:
4.1 The Black Speckle product can be spread on the surface of ceramic tile, and after being burned in a kiln with ceramic tile, the Black Speckle will melt and adhere to the surface of ceramic tile.
4.2 The ceramic raw material color Speckle product can be proportionally mixed with the billet powder, after being pressed into shape and fired into ceramic tile to form the decorative effect as the whole body.
