FULLN CHEMICAL enamel color Coffee Brown FU-E242 Iron Chromite Brown Spinel P.BR.35 is a kind of red brown inorganic pigment obtained by mixing, ball grinding, calcination, and micropowder processing of iron red, chrome green, aluminum hydroxide and other raw materials.

Features

FULLN CHEMICAL enamel color Iron Chromite Brown Spinel FU-E242 (C.I. Pigment  Brown 35, 77501) is a kind of red brown inorganic pigment obtained by mixing, ball grinding, calcination, and micropowder processing of iron red, chrome green, aluminum hydroxide and other raw materials. It is the enamel pigment product of high temperature calcination. During the calcination process, various raw materials react with each other, ions evenly diffuse, then spinel structure is formed. This enamel pigment color is with beautiful coffee brown color and is suitable for the enamel products.

Metal materials

The main metallic materials for enamel are steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper and stainless steel. Enameled steel (mainly steel) generally refers to low carbon steel, that is, steel with a lower carbon content (generally ≤0.08%), which is used as the main material for the tank of a positive displacement water heater. Due to its chemical composition, internal microstructure (metallographic structure), surface condition and mechanical properties play an important role in the quality of enamel, therefore, the larger water heater manufacturers in the market are using Baosteel or Wuhan Steel production of enamel with steel plate, in order to ensure the quality of enamel lining.

Enamelware cast iron refers to the iron-carbon alloy with carbon content of more than 2.11% (the iron-carbon alloy with less than 2.11% is called steel), which is mainly used in the production of sanitary ware (bathtub), chemical instruments, cooking utensils, sewage pipes and so on.
