Glass Colors Gray

FULLN CHEMICAL glass color Gray FU-GS701 is a synthetic complex inorganic Color pigment with antimony as the color element and tin oxide as the color carrier. In the process of high-temperature calcination, antimony trioxide produces antimony tetroxide, which is dissolved in tin oxide, then form a very beautiful mouse-gray.

This series of glass color Gray products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100≦5um. Our glass pigment gray products have good dispersibility and excellent covering power, they can provide rich color choice for glass decoration. The glass color materials should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500℃~800℃. Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of glass color to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Our normal colors are pure glass pigments without the flux. Customers can also adjust it according to their own needs.
