Suitable for low temperature glaze such as high boron glaze or lead glaze. |
This series of inorganic black pigment for glass products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100≦5um. Fulln inorganic black pigment for glass products have good dispersibility and excellent covering ability. They can provide more color choices for glass coating. The inorganic color materials should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is between 500℃ to 800℃. Low temperature solvent can be with high lead frit powder or boron frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness is less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of inorganic glass pigment with low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Our normal inorganic black pigments for glass are pure pigments without the flux. Customers can also adjust the colors according to your own needs. We can also help to supply the flux with the glaze according to customs requirements.
Application: Glass surface.

There is a big difference between inorganic pigment for glass and conventional glaze colors. On fineness, glass color fineness is very small. When touched by hand is the kind of delicate sence of touch, with no particles. Our glass pigments have excellent tinting properties. Fulln glass colors also have stronger covering ability, coating on the glass surface can better cover the part of the light.
