Ceramic Ink Pigments Dark Brown is a kind of ceramic pigment. It is the high temperature calcined product. In the process of high temperature calcination, zinc oxide, nickel oxide (Zn2+) (Ni2+), red iron oxide (Fe3+), chrome green (Cr3+) interactions, form the spinel structure material. Ceramic Ink Pigments Dark Brown is suitable for oxidizing atmosphere firing and suitable for various of glazes.

With the feedback from customers and continuous innovation over the years, a mature ceramic ink pigments covering various colors has been formed. FULLN CHEMICAL ceramic ink pigments adopt ultra-fine raw materials and unique formula technology to ensure that the pigments still has good coloring ability after being prepared into ceramic ink. The ink pigment products has a small particle size distribution and low moisture. With a particle size distribution of D100≦9um and a moisture content of ≦0.15%, it is beneficial to the stability of ceramic ink. In order to better improve the stability of ceramic ink, FULLN CHEMICAL ceramic ink pigments put forward higher requirements for soluble salts, and the washing treatment process to keep the ink pigment product with extremely low conductivity, and the conductivity of the product was controlled within 150us/cm.

A: The land area of Fulln factory is about 28,000 square meters. The annual output of Fulln pigment is about 3600 tons/year. The production cycle of our products is about 2 weeks. Different products will have different production processes and cycles.

 

 

Q: How many people are there in your technical team? What project experience do they have? What scientific research they have developed?

A: There are about 10 people in our technical team. Our technicians used to provide door-to-door technical services for ceramics factories at home and abroad. Technicians adjust the pigments for customers according to their kiln atmosphere. Our technical staff according to the customer's different use temperature, use field, research and development to meet the customer's different use requirements of color materials, our color products can be used in paint, glass, plastic, enamel, ceramic and other fields.
