Zr-Si-Pr Praseodymium Yellow is a high-temperature inorganic ceramic pigment based on zircon (ZrSiO₄) crystal structure. By stably doping Pr⁴⁺ ions into the zircon lattice, it produces a bright and pure yellow tone under oxidation atmosphere. Specially designed for ceramic roller coloring, this product features vivid color development, strong hiding power, and excellent dispersibility. It is widely used for surface coloring of ceramic printing rollers, rubber rollers, and industrial rollers.

Pr⁴⁺ ions substitute Zr⁴⁺ sites in the zircon lattice, forming a stable Pr-ZrSiO₄ solid solution. The 4f electron transitions of Pr⁴⁺ generate characteristic bright yellow absorption spectra, resulting in high-saturation pure yellow. The zircon matrix provides excellent chemical and thermal stability, ensuring long-lasting color that resists fading during roller processing and service.
