Most of the current ceramic tile powders are prepared by the wet process, and the colored powders (or color paste, color granules) are also spray-dried and granulated by adding the color material and the blank formula to the water ball mill through the wet process. In the production process, the use of colored powders is small and the variety is large, and the storage system is required to be complicated. The processing process ofter requires ball washing towers (ball mills and spray drying towers), which caused a lot of inconvenience. Dry mixed colorant takes advantage of its high dispersibility compared with ordinary colorant.
