FULLN CHEMICAL Glass Colors Turquoise Blue FU-GS561 is a kind of blue-green inorganic pigment made of vanadium pentoxide, silicon oxide, zirconium dioxide, mineralizer and other raw materials through mixing, firing, micropowder and water processing. FU-GS561 is a synthetic product by high temperature firing.

FULLN CHEMICAL Glass Colors Turquoise Blue FU-GS561 is developed for glass surface decoration. It is widely used in the production of Glass Inks. Its Inorganic nature makes it highly suitable for High-temperature applications. 

FU-GS561's fineness is with a small particle size and distribution range of D100≦5um. FULLN CHEMICAL Glass Colors Turquoise Blue FU-GS561 have good dispersibility and excellent covering power. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500℃~800℃. Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. The ratio of glass color to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Our normal glass colors are pure pigments without the flux.

A: We have our own research and development laboratory. The laboratory has advanced testing equipment and experimental kiln. Raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products are tested in the experiment. The raw materials we choose are environment-friendly. We strictly control the quality of raw materials from the source, so that our color products can meet the high quality requirements of customers at home and abroad.

 

Q: How long will the sample be available? How much is the cost of the sample?

A: Our company can usually help customers to match samples in 1-2 weeks. Because of the larger number of samples, the time to match the samples will be slightly extended. We can provide samples free of charge for the customers, but we need the customers to provide their standard colors, basic glaze or basic body powder to match the pigment samples.
