FULLN CHEMICAL Ceramic Glaze Pigment Vanadium Blue FU-5701 (Turquoise blue sky blue) is a kind of inorganic blue pigment made of vanadium pentoxide, silica, zirconia, mineralizer and other raw materials. It is synthesized after calcination at high temperature. During the reaction, Zirconia (Zr4+), Silica (Si4+) and Vanadium (V4+) diffuse uniformly, then become the zirconite crystal structure. FULLN GLAZE ceramic glaze pigment Vanadium Blue is suitable for oxidizing and reducing atmosphere firing. FULLN Ceramic Glaze Pigment Vanadium Blue pigment is suitable for all kinds of glazes. Glaze with too much calcium is not conducive to good performance of the color.

Preparation of Vanadium zirconium blue (Turquoise Blue sky blue)

1. Zirconium silicate powders can be completely decomposed and converted into alkali metals by using mixed base (lmol Na0H:1molKOH) at 800~850℃.

2. The hydrohalic acid treatment of zircon sand decomposition products is very simple and reasonable, and the treatment material can be directly used for pigment synthesis. This treatment material has high activity, which reduces the synthesis temperature of zircon.

3. The synthesis of vanadium-zirconium blue material is very sensitive to atmosphere and can only be formed in neutral or weak reducing atmosphere.

4. Two different cationic halides were used as compound mineralizers to strongly promote pigment dyeing and reduce the amount of vanadium compounds.

5. For the synthesized V-ZRSI0, the color can be stable within 1300℃, and the color intensity decreases after 1300℃.

6. When the glaze is adjusted, the amount of vanadium and zirconium added is 8%, the glaze with the same tone and color can be obtained.
