It's composed of praseodymium oxide, zirconium dioxide, quartz, mineralizer and other raw material through mixing, firing, micro powder processing. It's a yellow inorganic pigment. In the process of high temperature calcination, zirconium oxide (IV), silica (IV) and praseodymium oxide (Pr6O11) with different number of homogeneous, ionization mutual diffusion, form the zircon crystal structure. Its composition also contains one or more of alkali metal halide or a combination of the alkaline earth metal halide.
