FULLN CHEMICAL Ceramic dry mixed color bright red FU-A124 (Iron red) Fe₂O₃ Ceramic Body Stain is a kind of ceramic pigment. 

Most of the current ceramic tile powders are prepared by the wet process, and the colored powders (or color paste, color granules) are also spray-dried and granulated by adding the color material and the blank formula to the water ball mill through the wet process. In the production process, the use of colored powders is small and the variety is large, and the storage system is required to be complicated. The processing process ofter requires ball washing towers (ball mills and spray drying towers), which caused a lot of inconvenience. Dry mixed colorant takes advantage of its high dispersibility compared with ordinary colorant. It is directly mixed with ordinary ceramic body powder and colored on the surface of the powder particle, which greatly simplified the preparation process of colored powder and achieves the optimization of the production process. Purpose, but also reduce the manufacturing cost and management.

Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide Red) is a classic inorganic ceramic body stain based on ferric oxide as the color-developing component. Through the characteristic coloration of Fe³⁺ ions, it produces rich tones ranging from orange-red, brick-red to deep brownish-red under oxidation atmosphere firing. Specially designed for ceramic body coloring, this product features natural and rustic color, economical cost, good high-temperature stability, and excellent compatibility with ceramic body materials. It is one of the most widely used stains for body coloring in architectural ceramics, tableware, and garden ceramics.

Fe³⁺ ions exist in various coordination forms within silicate bodies. The d-d transitions of their 3d electrons generate characteristic reddish-brown absorption spectra. Fe³⁺ can partially substitute Al³⁺ positions in the crystal lattice, or disperse as independent oxides in the glass phase. Variations in firing temperature, soaking time, and atmosphere affect the coordination state and valence distribution of Fe³⁺, producing color shifts from warm orange-red to deep brownish-red, imparting a natural and rustic visual effect to ceramic products.
