FULLN CHEMICAL ceramic glaze color red brown FU-2302 (Zinc-chrome-ferro brown) is an inorganic brown ceramic pigment synthesized at high temperature under calcining. This pigment maintains its chemical and physical properties even when subjected to the extreme temperatures of the firing process. In the process of high-temperature calcination, Al3+, Cr3+, Fe3+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ are diffused in different proportions. The high temperature forms the spinel crystal structure. Its composition may include SiO2, mineralizing agent boric acid and other substances. Ceramic glaze color red brown is suitable in oxidizing atmosphere firing and suitable for all kinds of glazes.

Brown, like black, plays a very important role in spinel types.Zn0 is one of the main components of spinel brown material.Zn0·(Al,Cr,Fe)2O3 is spinel type solid solution.By changing the proportion of Al3+,Cr3+ and Fe3+ in the solid solution, a wide range of colors such as beige, yellow brown, red brown, coffee brown and dark brown can be made.Zr-Si-Pr-Fe brown was obtained by mixing Zircon Si Pr yellow (Zr-Si-Pr) and Zr-Si-Fe coral pink uniformly.A wide range of browns can also be obtained in this way.Both of these two kinds of pigments have a distinctive tone in the ZnO glaze.
