Fulln Chemical Orange Speckle is made from feldspar, ball clay, kaolin, talc, calcium carbonate, frit powder, wollastonite and orange stain. They are made into an orange Speckle silicate under the process of ball milling, drying, granulating, calcining and grading. It's liquidity is good. And this kind of orange Speckle is suitable for the exterior wall tiles. 1180℃~1230℃ is the proper firing temperature of this products.
4. Usage:
4.1 The ceramic raw material Orange Speckle product can be spread on the surface of ceramic tiles, and after being burned in a kiln with ceramic tile, the Orange Speckle will melt and adhere to the surface of ceramic tile.
4.2 The ceramic raw material color Speckle product can be proportionally mixed with the billet powder, after being pressed into shape and fired into ceramic tile to form the decorative effect of the whole body.
