Glass Colors Lemon Yellow

FULLN CHEMICAL glass color Lemon Yellow FU-GS280 (C I Pigment Yellow 35, 77205, Cadmium zinc sulfide yellow) is a mixture or compound of zinc sulfide and cadmium sulfide. It can be expressed as (Cd, Zn)S. Zinc acetate as zinc source, cadmium acetylacetone as cadmium source, sulfur as sulfur source. It is the reactant in the oil amine - oleic acid mixing system by adding heat reactant. 

FULLN Lemon Yellow FU-GS280 has ultra-fine particle size distribution, good dispersion and excellent covering ability.

This series of glass color Lemon Yellow products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100≦5um. Our glass color Lemon Yellow products have good dispersibility and excellent covering power, they can provide rich color choice for glass decoration. The glass color materials should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500℃~800℃. Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of glass pigment to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Our normal glass colors are pure pigments without the flux. Customers can also adjust it according to their own needs.
