Preparation of ceramic color
Mixed
The final hue of ceramic colorant colorant is greatly influenced by the addition of other components in the colorant. Thus, in order to give out the same hue to each batch of color material, fine weighing and mixing according to the raw materials of the same composition quality.
Calcined
The calcination of ceramic color is an important process of color-making material, the purpose of which is to stabilize it. In the calcination process, different reactions occur due to the different nature of raw materials and the desire to get different color materials. The minimum calcination temperature is the same as the use temperature of the color final product.
Washing
The calcined color material is crushed, and then in order to remove all soluble substances, should be washed. The color material slicing with chromate should be washed in hot water, and if there is a soluble chromate, there will be a deep unevenness around the chromium color. If the borate is not removed, a film will be produced on the color.
Crushed
After washing, use a grinder or ball mill to crush the required fineness with a wet method. Although the particle size requirements of color material sit through all 300 eye sieves, although there is no explicit provision. Insufficient crushing is difficult to use due to uneven granularity, and lack of cover causes to burn into spots. On the contrary, crushing excessively fine as dust, can not be fully fused in the glaze and become the cause of rolling glaze.
