A preparation of praseodymium yellow
The preparation of praseodymium yellow material consists of: electrodeposited zirconia particles are ground into powder with particle size of 3~5 after homogenization. The active adhesive with particle diameter of 1-1.5 was obtained by mixing the mixture of lithium sodium and mg-CA mixtures in accordance with 7:4 weight ratio and then through high temperature melting, water quenching, water washing to neutral, drying and grinding. The high temperature melting temperature is 1300 °C. The zirconia powder is mixed with the active adhesive and the amount of the active adhesive is 0.05wt % of the total amount of the mixture. The zirconia powder was treated at 200°C and 2MPa for 10h to completely bond with the active adhesive. The modified zirconia was obtained by improving the reaction activity of the electrofused zirconia. The other auxiliary materials of the modified electrofused zirconia and praseodymium yellow materials were fully mixed evenly, and calcined in the bowl under the oxidizing atmosphere at a heating rate of 160°C/h. When the calcination temperature reached 1000°C, the heat preservation was held for 2 hours, and then cooling, grinding, washing and drying were performed to obtain praseodymium yellow materials.
