China's ink development to today, has formed a solvent ink, water-based ink, UV ink, silk printing ink, offset ink co-existence pattern. These manufacturers of low production technology and management level, low output, low product grade, environmental pollution and a wide range, difficult to adapt to the needs of modern production and market. Therefore, at present, China's ink market, foreign-funded enterprise owners have a better market reputation, whether from product technology or market size, but also have a clear competitive advantage. Take the environmental ink market in 2014 as an example, multinational enterprise groups accounted for 47% of sales in that year, with the largest market share.
In addition, the development of China's ink industry shows a clear regional imbalance, the ink industry in East and South China is developing better, the number of enterprises, sales revenue and asset size ratio have shown a clear competitive advantage. The regional distribution of ink industry development is closely related to the imbalance of China's economic development.
