FULLN CHEMICAL Enamel Iron Cobalt Chromite Black Spinel FU-E653, P.Bk. 27 (77502) is a black inorganic pigment made from the raw materials such as cobalt oxide, copper oxide, iron red and chrome green. FULLN CHEMICAL Enamel Colors Cobalt Black is suitable for enamel products.

 

 

 

 

 

 

FULLN CHEMICAL Enamel Colors Cobalt Black pigments are specially developed for enamel products. FULLN choose environmental protection with the strict control the process, to make strict detection of the enamel color Cobalt Black products on the fineness, moisture, coloring, dispersion and other parameters. FULLN enamel color products are with 400 mesh sieve fineness ≤ 0.3%, moisture ≤ 0.5%. FULLN Enamel Colors have a variety of colors, including black, red, yellow, blue, purple and green. 

 

FU-E653 Pigment black 27, 77502, composition: Cr-Co-Fe.  its advantages include high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance and strong fastness, so it is widely used in enamel products.

 

Excellent thermal stability, high corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, high hardness, wear resistance, suitable for high wear environment; With good magnetic and electrical conductivity, suitable for electromagnetic field; Corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance to extend material life.

Important Notes

Contains cobalt and chromium, but the spinel structure ensures low metal ion release, generally meeting food-contact and sanitary standards when properly formulated.
