FULLN CHEMICAL Ceramic Inclusion Pigments Orange FU-2228 is an inorganic ceramic pigment. 

With the compound of the zirconium silicate crystal, the inclusion colors are more stable under high temperature.

FULLN CHEMICAL ceramic inclusion pigment orange products are suitable for oxidizing atmosphere, and have good color effect in reducing atmosphere.

Ceramic Inclusion Pigments Orange products can present bright colors in transparent glazes with high gloss and have high stability in glazes with ZnO, B and Pb. 

Product fineness: 400 mesh;moisture ≦0.3%.

How to control the quality of inclusion pigments?

Determination of particle

It need to test each lot of the inclusion pigment. Laser particle analyzer was used for testing. The deviation between the average particle size of the colorant and the standard average particle size should be controlled within ±25%.
