The Ignition Ceremony Of The New Kiln
On the morning of October 7, 2019, a simple but solemn ignition ceremony of the new kiln was held in the workshop of Fulln factory.
In the morning, all Fulln staffs held a simple and solemn firing ceremony for the opening of the new kiln at about 10:38 am on October 7th under the leadership of Mr. Liao, the leader of Fulln Glaze company.
With the start of the blessing ceremony, Mr Liao and some colleagues pressed the start button in the sound of firecrackers, and then the blue flame flared up in the furnace. The ignition ceremony started smoothly!
The new kiln is a shuttle kiln, using natural gas as fuel. The firing curve is fully controlled by computer. The temperature difference is small, it can produce 5-6 tons of color material at a time. This kiln provides effective quality assurance for the efficient and stable for products.
