In the process of high-temperature calcination, Cr3+, Fe3+, Fe2+, Zn2+ and Al3+ are diffused in different proportions. The high temperature form the spinel crystal structure. Its composition may include SiO2, mineralizing agent boric acid and other substances. It is suitable in oxidizing atmosphere firing and suitable for all kinds of glazes.
